Restored Eames Chair and Ottoman
The iconic Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman produced by Herman Miller has been in production since it was first debuted in 1956. It’s masterfully crafted and built to last many lifetimes. Our client inherited her Eames lounge chair and ottoman from her grandparents who had used it for nearly 4 decades and stored it for a decade more in their basement. She turned to Revitaliste to help her restore it to its original glory.
OLD
We refinished the Eames chair walnut wood frame and replaced the old shock mounts. To reupholster this Eames lounge chair and ottoman, we used a supple black leather from Moore and Giles and replaced the old cushions with new high-resiliency foam.
